At Speak Story we actively listen and collaborate with you to design your next steps.

In this offering, we use creative tools that suit your path - photography, visual journaling, mindfulness, mind mapping, and reflection - to help you notice, understand, and move through what’s stopping you.

Step into a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore new ways of thinking, being, and creating. Your journey unfolds as you engage with your story, in the moment, with curiosity, creativity, and care.

Evolve is exactly that. Its a personalised space where you can step away from routine, slow down, and uncover new ways of thinking, being, and creating - all in a supportive, creative space. It is one on one and can be done face to face or online via video call.
