Across all our workshops we have noticed there is one common thing, that stops us from moving, is our belief systems, and our old stories we carry. As we evolve into new chapters, whether its a career shift, a life transition or simply what comes next. Those stories can keep us stuck.
At Speak Story we actively listen and collaborate with you to design your next steps.

In this offering, we use creative tools that suit your path - photography, visual journaling, mindfulness, mind mapping, and reflection - to help you notice, understand, and move through what’s stopping you.

Step into a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore new ways of thinking, being, and creating. Your journey unfolds as you engage with your story, in the moment, with curiosity, creativity, and care.

I have been wanting to tell you how much the work we did together has impacted my current direction. Everything I’m doing now - this new music and performance, the residency in Samoa, it is a direct result of the sessions you hosted.
